Benefit Details: One tune-up for a fully functioning central forced-air furnace or circulating hot water system fueled by natural gas or propane that is rated at inputs of 200,000 Btu/hr. or less, for which you have sole responsibility. Technicians must have safe access to the work area. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions.
Making a Service Call: You can schedule your annual tune-up immediately after your plan starts. Tune-ups are performed between March 1 and September 30. Tune-ups requested outside this time frame are subject to an additional fee after the first term.
Cancellation: Cancel your plan any time by calling HomeServe or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days before your plan start date, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 30 days after the plan start date, you will get a full refund (less benefits paid). If you cancel 31 or more days after the plan start date, you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid). Upon renewal/restart, you can cancel any time and you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
