  • Air filters, compressors, condenser or evaporator coils, electric disconnects, remote control devices, metering systems that include TXV or 4 way valves, king valves and reversing valves, refrigerant for maintenance recharges, refrigerant leaks, refrigerant leak searches, more than 1 condenser or 1 air handler, sheet metal work, refrigerant conversions; remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials; any sections/parts not installed properly; repairs or replacement protected under other coverage; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to repair or replace the following broken or failed parts of your eligible system for which you have sole responsibility, that have experienced an operational failure and are damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence: blower motors, blower wheels, circuit boards, condensate pumps, condenser fan blades, condenser fan motors, defrost control boards, defrost sensors, electronic expansion valve power heads, fuses, removable valve cores, service port valve caps, transformers, or thermistors, including the clearing of accessible condensate lines that are part of your system . Coverage provides for repairs or replacement of parts only. Your system will not be replaced. Technicians must have safe access to the work area.

Making a Service Call: You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts, which is 30 days after your enrollment is processed. Upon renewal/restart (if applicable), you can make a service call immediately.
Cancellation: Cancel your plan any time by calling HomeServe at 1-833-500-2624 or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days before your plan start date, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 30 days after the plan start date, you will get a full refund (less benefits paid). If you cancel 31 or more days after the plan start date, you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid). Upon renewal/restart, you can cancel any time and you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
