- To be eligible, you must own the residential single structure or a unit within a structure
- If you own a multi-family home or multiple housing units, provide the mailing address for each service agreement
Not Eligible
- If your home is a recreational vehicle, intended to be moved, or used for commercial purposes
- You know of any current problems with your system at enrollment, your system was not installed per code, or per manufacturer specifications
- Your entire system is shared with a 3rd party or covered by an association
- Your system is commercial grade, larger than 100 gallons, installed on a roof, tankless, solar, geothermal, oil, electric hybrid (also known as a heat pump water heater), smart system, equipped with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth functionality, hanging tank-based, or combination home heating/domestic hot water unit
Exclusions
- Jacket and interior doors, heat exchangers, exhaust venting, expansion tanks, non-flexible gas and water supply and delivery piping, and electrical service wiring; damage due to restricted lines or water pressure over 80 P.S.I.; remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials, any sections/parts not installed properly, repairs or replacement protected under other coverage, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

When can I make a service call?
