If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to repair or replace the following for which you have sole responsibility, that has experienced an operational failure or is hazardous and is damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence: the broken or frayed (in the case of wiring) permanent electrical wiring from the service entrance wiring at the weatherhead or tap underground up to the switches and outlets in your home. The breaker panel/fuse box (inside or outside), switches and outlets in your home, and disconnect boxes and all wiring, breakers and switches contained within them are also covered. Technicians must have safe access to the work area.

Making a Service Call: You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts, which is 30 days after your enrollment is processed. Upon renewal/restart (if applicable), you can make a service call immediately.
Cancellation: Cancel your plan any time by calling HomeServe at 1-833-492-3893 or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days before your plan start date, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 30 days after the plan start date, you will get a full refund (less benefits paid). If you cancel 31 or more days after the plan start date, you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid). Upon renewal/restart, you can cancel any time and you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
