Home assistance provider’s contact centre shortlisted in the ‘Great Places to Work’ category in the CCA Excellence Awards
Leading home assistance provider, HomeServe, is celebrating after its contact centre was shortlisted in the prestigious CCA Excellence Awards in the Great Places to Work category.
HomeServe’s contact centre – which helps over 2m Customers every year – will find out whether it has won at a glittering ceremony in November in Glasgow, where some of the UK’s biggest companies will gather together to celebrate Customer service excellence.
The awards recognise world class professional achievement in Customer service, with a specialist judging panel of experts from a range of sectors.
Justin Barrett, Director of Sales & Service, said: "Our goal is to make our Customers' lives easier and we believe the best way to do this is to take care of your People, because if you do that, they will take care of your Customers.
"We're delighted, therefore, to be shortlisted for this award, which we hope we will add to the other accolades we have received this year including Best Employer in Business & Services, third highest rated UK company for work life balance, Most People Focused CEO and Excellence in Customer Service.”
