HomeServe Labs wins Corporate Entrepreneur Awards

LeakBot has won a Corporate Entrepreneur Award for best new product. Developed by HomeServe Labs, LeakBot uses intelligent technology to detect water leaks in the home from just one easy-to-connect smart device.
The Corporate Entrepreneur Awards, run by Market Gravity, a proposition design consultancy, recognise innovation from large British companies. Now in its seventh consecutive year, the awards identify ground-breaking developments and innovative products and services across a variety of sectors including the Internet of Things (IoT).
LeakBot has been designed to help protect consumers from the impact of water damage at home, by alerting people of leaks before they become big problems, all from one device which anyone can install at home. It was awarded in the ‘New Product of Service’ category, which was voted on by members of the public . The device was praised by individuals as ‘highly innovative’ and a ‘game-changer’ in the market.
This latest win comes just one month after the LeakBot won the Internet of Things Breakthrough product award at the prestigious Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards.

The award ceremony took place on 20th October at Kings Place, London, and around 200 of the UK’s most creative, disruptive and entrepreneurial business leaders attended the unique event.
