National home assistance provider, HomeServe, has been named the UK’s ‘Best Home Emergency Cover Provider’ by What Mortgage, one of the UK’s most prestigious mortgage advice magazines for those buying a new home.
What Mortgage awarded HomeServe the coveted title as part of its annual awards which are now in their 22nd year of recognising and rewarding the best businesses in the UK’s mortgage and personal finance markets as voted by consumers.
More than 19,000 votes were cast over an 18-week period, which saw What Mortgage’s consumers asked to submit the name of a business with which they, a friend, colleague or relative had had a positive experience with.
Stuart Smith, Group Sales Manager, What Mortgage said: “What Mortgage is delighted to name Homeserve as the 2015 Best Home Emergency Cover Provider. We are always proud to reward those businesses which clearly show excellence in their field, particularly as that level of excellence has been recognised through the opinions of consumers - the individuals which use the products on a daily basis.
“Congratulations to Homeserve for their achievement, and we hope that the next 12 months bring even more success and recognition.”
Greg Reed, Chief Marketing Officer at HomeServe, added: “We’ve worked hard in our journey to ensure we put our Customers at the heart of everything we do as well as offering a wide range of products and services that really provide value for our Customers, with clear pricing and then delivering a fantastic experience through our national network of engineers.
“We’d like to thank those who voted for us to win this great accolade. We believe that we should make home assistance as effortless as possible for our Customers and we will continue to pull out all the stops to make sure we lead the way in delivering a leading home assistance provision for every Customer.”
