HomeServe App Users: Password Recovery Is Here Thanks To Our New Provider OKTA

Here at HomeServe, customers are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why HomeServe chose OKTA to be our new access management provider. OKTA is the identity standard for building secure, seamless experiences for our customers.

HomeServe partners with Okta

As part of security upgrades to the HomeServe App, we’re adding a password recovery feature. (And for those of you who are also HomeServe plan holders, you also now have access to your plans.)

Which means that going forward, your HomeServe App account will not work. You will have to re-activate your account by updating your password. (But we’ve made it easy for you, because you can reuse the old password when setting up the new one.) This is mandatory if you want to keep using your current HomeServe App account and data. (And to continue enjoying the best, no-cost, problem-solving home maintenance app!)

So be on the lookout for an email to come in the upcoming days with more instructions, so you can continue enjoying the HomeServe App.
