What's covered

  • Emergency repairs to your internal plumbing, drainage, electrical wiring, security and gas central heating
  • Up to £6,000 per claim and up to 10 claims per year
  • Plumbing Maintenance Cover - up to £2,000 per claim
  • Annual boiler service and gas central heating inspection
  • Up to £500 towards hotel accommodation - if your home is uninhabitable for 48 hours or more.
  • Gas central heating emergency repairs in the event of a breakdown (if your boiler is beyond economical repair we'll replace your boiler if its under 7 years old, or offer you a 50% discount on the cost of a replacement boiler if its over 7 years old)

What's not

  • Routine day to day maintenance.
  • Incidents relating to emergencies in communal or service duct areas or centralised boiler system and component parts.
  • External guttering, rainwater downpipes, rainwater drains and soakaways
  • Replacement of any taps.
  • Replacement of any boiler 7 years or over or non-standard radiators (only standard flat panel radiators will be replaced)

Terms & conditions

Making a claim

To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 247 999 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.

We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
