What's covered
- The underground water supply pipe from the stop tap in your property up to where your responsibility ends.
- Emergencies repairs to your underground water supply pipe, up to £3,000 per claim with up to 2 claims per year
- Up to £500 towards permanent reinstatement of concrete, tarmac, block paving or lawn if it needs to be excavated
- Up to £500 towards hotel accommodation if you are completely without water and we are unable to perform a same day repair or replacement

- Plumbing and drain repairs in your home
- External drain repairs including swimming pools, ponds and fountains
- Temporarily frozen pipes which have not resulted in confirmed damage

Terms & conditionsMaking a claim
To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 247 999 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.
We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
