- Where your boiler is found to be beyond economical repair, a £200 cash contribution will be given towards the cost of a new gas boiler

What's not
- Anything that's not part of your gas boiler (such as radiators, the hot water cylinder or cold water supply tank)
- Separate gas heaters supplying hot water
- LPG fuelled boilers & dual purpose boilers (e.g. Aga and Rayburn)

Terms & conditionsMaking a claim
To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 247 999 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.
We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
