Tradesmen Quality
Give your home the best care possible. Our tradesmen have the expertise to make home repairs and improvements trouble-free.
Choosing the right tradesman can be tricky - factors such as correct qualifications, availability, final price and explanation of the job needed are often grey areas. We make it simple with tradesmen who tick all the boxes, giving you convenient, no-hidden-cost repairs you can rely on.
Our tradesmen:
- are thoroughly screened by us for their skills and up-to-date qualifications
- work locally to you
- will fully explain the repair needed
- give you the final price before the job begins
- always leave their work area clean and tidy
How we make sure our tradesmen are top notch:
- we visit their premises
- we get a copy of their up to date Public Liability Certificate, which must have a minimum cover of two million pounds to cover any accidents
- we validate their relevant Trade Certificates
- they sign a Service Level Agreement and adhere to Key Performance Indicators, expected work standards and our standard processes and procedures
- they sign the HomeServe Health & Safety Statement
- a HomeServe Director gives them final approval
- we monitor our customer feedback on the jobs they do
