  • Seized and dripping taps
  • Leaking overflow pipes
  • Up to £250 per claim
  • Up to two claims per year

  • Replacement of hot or cold water taps
  • Items not forming part of the taps or overflows
  • Wear and tear (except re-washering and ceramic disc replacement)
  • Loss or damage arising as a result of disconnection from or interruption to the mains services

  • In multiple occupancy
  • Used as council housing
