Plumbing Maintenance Cover

Small problems like dripping taps can become big problems if they're not taken care of. This policy provides you with the protection you need to help keep your plumbing in top shape.

This offer is available to customers purchasing this policy for the first time.

  • Seized and dripping taps
  • Leaking overflow pipes
  • Up to £250 per claim
  • Up to two claims per year

  • Replacement of hot or cold water taps
  • Items not forming part of the taps or overflows
  • Wear and tear (except re-washering and ceramic disc replacement)
  • Loss or damage arising as a result of disconnection from or interruption to the mains services

In general, all homeowners are eligible to apply unless the property is:

  • A flat, mobile home or bedsit
  • In multiple occupancy
  • Used as council housing
  • Used for commercial purposes
