Landlord's Heating Plus Cover for Gas Central Heating

Minimise the hassle of being a landlord with a policy that covers a range of gas heating problems in your rental property. So when things go wrong, your tenants can claim directly from us.

This offer is available to customers purchasing this policy for the first time.

  • Your gas central heating system
  • Minimum 50 percent discount on a replacement boiler if it's found to be beyond economical repair (if we source and install the new boiler)
  • Up to five claims per policy year to a maximum of £3,000 per claim

  • Remedial work that's previously been advised
  • Replacement of leaking radiators
  • Repair or replacement of the hot water cylinder

In general, all landlords with residential tenants are eligible to apply, unless the property is:

  • A mobile home
  • Used for commercial purposes
