What's covered

  • Gas central heating boiler and/or central heating repairs. Where your boiler is found to be beyond economical repair (where the cost of repairs exceeds the current value of the boiler) a £200 cash contribution will be given towards the cost of a new gas boiler.
  • Internal plumbing and drainage emergency repairs
  • Repair/replacement of the underground external drains
  • Repair/remedy of a breakdown and/or failure of your domestic electrical wiring system
  • Emergency repairs where property is left unsecured.

Making a claim

To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 408 9255 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.

We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
