What's covered
- Emergency repairs to your internal plumbing
- Leaking hot water cylinder or cold water storage tank
- Electrical failure of the fuse box, ring main or security lighting
- Failure of, or damage to, external locks, door or windows which leave the property unsecured

- Replacement of boiler, hot water cylinder and radiators
- Complete failure of electricity on any floor
- Loss of keys for outbuildings, garages or sheds

Terms & conditionsMaking a claim
To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 783 0951 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.
We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
