What's covered
- Repair of the electrical storage / panel heaters in the event of breakdown and/or failure.
- If we are unable to repair your domestic electrical storage / panel heater or if the cost of repair exceeds the replacement cost, we will contribute a maximum of £200 towards the cost of replacements.
- Emergency repairs to your internal plumbing and drainage services.
- Repair/remedy of a breakdown and/or failure of your domestic electrical wiring system.
- Emergency repairs where the property is left unsecured.

Terms & conditionsMaking a claim
To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 408 9255 and we’ll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.
We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
