Terms & conditionsWhat is the Gas Safe Register
It is a legal requirement, under The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, for landlords to safely maintain all gas appliances and flues. Gas appliances are required to have an annual safety check by an installer registered with the Gas Safe Register. The resulting CP12 Gas Inspection Certificate must be provided to tenants.
