What's covered

What's not
- Separate gas heaters providing hot water
- LPG fuelled boilers and dual-purpose boilers (e.g. Aga or Rayburn)
- Fix any part of your central heating system that's too difficult to access safely, or impractical to maintain because of its position
- Service equipment that hasn't been installed, serviced or maintained in accordance with statutory regulations, British Standards or manufacturer's instructions
- Carry out other remedial work
- Descale or repair any damage caused by hard water scale deposits

Terms & conditionsMaking a claim
To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 408 9255 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.
We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
