What's covered

  • Up to £100 towards a hotel if you're left without heating for more than 24 hrs
  • Up to £200 towards the cost of replacing your broken panel heater or storage heater subject to teh £500 claim limit

What's not

  • Domestic electrical storage heaters or panel heaters that are more than 15 years old at the start of the policy
  • Warm air heating systems, Electrotech and Smartheat systems, wet systems & under floor heating
  • Fan heaters, heated towel rails, infrared heaters, electric fires, skirting or kick space floor heaters
  • Domestic electrical appliances

Terms & conditions

Making a claim

To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 408 9255 and we'll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.

We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
