What's covered
- Repair/replacement to leave the external underground drain running clear, up to £4,000 per claim
- The underground water supply pipe from the stop tap in your property up to where your responsibility ends, up to £3,000 per claim
- Emergency repairs to your internal plumbing and drainage, up to £2,000 per claim
- Leaking overflow pipes at your property and dripping taps that require repairing, up to £2,000 per claim
- The breakdown of your domestic electrical wiring system supplying electrical power, up to £2,000 per claim

Terms & conditionsMaking a claim
To make an insurance claim, give us a call on 0800 408 0951 and we’ll start the process immediately. Have your policy number ready. It's always stated in your policy schedule.
We can obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms to fill in. We will then process your claim and arrange for the work to be completed. All you need to do is sign to say you're happy when the work is complete.
