HomeMinder has the flexibility to provide cover during multiple holidays and for the length of time you choose:

Pay £1.75 a month, £5.25 a quarter or £21.00 a year*

Why HomeMinder?

  • Broken/damaged windows and doors
  • Plumbing problems
  • Blocked drains

  • Failure of gas and electricity
  • Heating faults (except May to August)
  • Loss of keys

Cover exclusions:

  • Boiler or heating system which is over 15 years old
  • Leaking tap needing replacement
  • Septic tanks
  • External water supply pipes
  • Domestic appliances, saniflow toilets and mechanical equipment
  • Boundary walls, hedges, fences and gates
  • Personal items (electrical goods, paintings etc)
