Landlord CP12 Inspection: An engineer will issue the appropriate certificate to statutory requirements when they have carried out an annual inspection of the gas fired domestic central heating system and safety inspection of all other fixed gas appliances. Inspections are made Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

This Landlord's Gas Heating Cover meets the needs of landlords who require gas heating insurance and expert assistance in the event of a gas heating emergency.
