  Gas installation and repairs can be dangerous to your property and your tenants if not conducted with professional care. You must also ensure than an annual CP12 Inspection is performed.

  As of 1st October 2008 landlords are legally required to provide prospective tenants with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
