Fixed-price repairs
The appointment system allows appointment slots to be booked for most non-emergency jobs or planned repairs at a time that suits you. In an emergency we aim to have a tradesman at your home within two hours.
Simply book the tradesman you need by calling our advisors on 0800 24 7 999. Closer to the appointment date your engineer will call you directly to confirm the booking time with you.

We always quote you a fixed price for our repairs (this includes parts, labour and VAT).
However, if we arrive and there's more work than was apparent from what you told us, then we may have to charge you a bit more for the work. But we'll tell you before we start any work. See our terms and conditions for details.

Payment can be made via credit or debit card. We don't accept cheques or cash.
Your card details will be taken by one of our advisors when you book a job. We accept the following cards; Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo and Switch/Maestro.

All repairs and jobs come with a 12-month guarantee (with the exception of pest jobs and blockages due to the nature of the type of work).
