Workshops

We help all our office-based employees and tradesmen give first class customer service by offering regular workshops that cover:

  • Communicating with the Customer, before, during and after the repair work
  • One Team, improving how we can all work together to ensure the customer receives a seamless level of service
  • Personal Impact, creating and maintaining the right impression, and consistently being ambassadors for HomeServe in both telephone conversations and face-to-face communications

Emergency Service Engineers can also join the Trainee Development Programme to improve quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
