How We Vet Tradesmen

• We visit your premises
• We take a copy of your up to date Public Liability Certificate, we insist on a minimum cover of £2,000,000 in case of accidents
• We validate your relevant trade certificates
• We ask you to agree to Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, expected work standards and our standard processes and procedures
• We ask you to sign the HomeServe Health and Safety statement
• A HomeServe Director gives you the final approval
