CP12 Gas Safety Certificate

Annual boiler servicing will not only keep your central heating boiler running smoothly and safely, it's legally a Landlord's Responsibility to ensure they have one. Only a CORGI registered engineer is qualified to do this gas safety check, and issue a CP12 Inspection Certificate to prove it. This forms part of the Home Information Pack which records details of maintenance and repair work carried out.

Carbon Monoxide Dangers

When gas, oil and solid fuels are not burnt correctly by your boiler, Carbon Monoxide is produced. It can’t be seen or smelt but it can kill in a matter of hours.

Symptoms of Carbon Monoxide poisoning include headaches, drowsiness, nausea, breathlessness or stomach pains. Signs are hard to spot and can be confused with tiredness or a cold.
