Service Engineers and Tradespeople

Our engineers and tradesmen are the face of HomeServe. They use their expert skills to provide excellent customer service and act as our customer champions.

Emergency Service Engineers can also join the Trainee Development Programme to improve quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

They also have the opportunity to attend Workshops on how to communicate with our customers and achieve a high standard of customer care.
