How to Apply for a Call Centre Vacancy
Please apply for the vacancy that interests you through our simple online registration form.
Give as much detail as you can, so we can deal with your application quickly.
Handy CV Hints
- Structure your CV clearly and logically, so we understand your background and employment history
- Ensure your CV is up to date and that your work experience, education and qualifications are listed in reverse chronological order
- Do not exaggerate your achievements, give a true reflection of your skills and work history. We go through everything in detail with you later.
- Read through your CV carefully before submitting it to us, checking for any errors or spelling mistakes
- Write out an outline of your background if you don't have a CV and tell us why you would like to work in our call centres
What Happens Next?
Once you submit your application, it's handled by the appropriate recruitment team, who consider your details against the role you applied for
- If your application is successful at this initial stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment
- When you are invited in for assessment, we will give you more details about the structure of the day
- To be eligible to apply for a call centre work, you must be a UK resident or have a work permit.
